Surprisingly the owners manual doesn't state what a 2wd SuperCab (or any other Ranger) weighs empty, it refers you to the B pillar stickers that came with the truck.
My "tire and loading information" sticker states "combined weight of occupants and cargo should never exceed 1893 lbs". The Federal sticker next to that states the GVWR is 6050 lbs although the front and rear GAWR exceeds that by 335 lbs, margin of safety I presume).
That leads me to believe that my truck weighs 6050 (GVWR) - 1893 (cargo/occupants max) = 4157 lbs. According to Cars.com my specific ranger weighs 4145 lbs (pretty close to the sticker calculation) and my on my Washington title that just arrived it states the Scale Weight is 4022 lbs..... Maybe part of the confusion is with an 18 gallon fuel capacity that weighs 6 lbs/gallon that is 108 lbs. Anyone have any insight on all this or ever weigh their truck?
Update on 3/8 - Mystery solved, stopped by the Waste Mgmt scales today, truck weighs 4139 lbs with 7/8 of a tank of gas, my Real Truck TonnoPro tonneau cover (maybe 15 lbs tops), and a 7'ish lb Dee Zee bumper step. Using the 2 stickers on the drivers door jamb (GVWR 6050 - max cargo/occupants 1893 = 4157 lbs) was really close.
