I just did a search here and a few came up:

http://www.car-part.com

One was $87, but I'm not sure if it has the BLIS in it - others specifically said RADAR but they said to call. There were 8 total - 4 left and 4 right.

If you find one there, you can probably get them to ship it to you.
Those last two in Virginia are interesting. They are labeled and decal'ed for crash testing. Being in VA, I wonder if they were purchased for government crash tests?

Good eye. The light works fine though. I’m going to snap off the rest of the plastic and cover the sealed assembly with red taillight repair tape temporarily.
Was the water intrusion there before the taillight cover decided to depart the assembly ?

No,collected after the damage. Light is still sealed and working fine! Hence my frustration with the quest for the overlay. C’ast la vie! Maybe a salvaged part or I’ll bite the bullet. At least it works so I won’t get pulled over.

Yep, crash tested by the IIHS. Here's that exact Ranger getting crash tested:

That’s wild! Headlight is gone but that taillight looks like it could be alright! Any idea where it is? P S Good detective work!

IIHS labs are in Arlington, VA which is just outside of DC. Looks like they get sent to Ruckersville, VA after they're crashed though, about 1-2 hours south of there. I would call them up to see if you could get a tail light sent to you!

I would hazard a guess that Flex N Gate is the supplier for the tail lights. Looking at their website, they show F-150 tail lights, and our Ranger lights are a very similar design. Might be worth shooting them a note?

Well, at least there is no ambiguity about the part pedigree.
You said it’s in Ruckersville, do you know who owns or is in possession of the vehicle. Who to contact? When where why how?!? You seem very plugged in. I’m not.
