People always say ford found on road dead but ive seen several Toyotas on the road dead. One with a broken axel
The correct version is: First on race day.

Based on this forum, I would say it stands for: Fairly Old Retired Drivers

Yup, I turn 65 this month. When I first bought my Ranger I was wondering if I was having a midlife crisis, but this forum assured me I was in good company. I have yet to get a speeding ticket in it, but sport mode is highly addictive.

lol I wasn't sure how old you were. My mid life crisis started when I bought my Vette back when I was 38.

Seems like when you're young you never think you're going to get old then BAM, one day you are. :frown: You still have me beat by 7 years but rest assure, you in very good company. ? ?

It seems like Rangers are now multiplying like rabbits around my neck of the woods. Sounds crazy but I seem to see more everywhere now. And humorously, the boss lady mentions them too. Last Sunday we had two Rangers merge in front of us while we were out running an errand. Boss saw them instantly and started grilling me as to which one was what. Both were the same color (CGM). One was an FX4 while the other was a Sport. Then wife and I were out and about Thursday night. At a traffic light a velocity blue FX4 turned left in front of us so we got a nice long look at it. Wife spotted it as soon as I did. Commented that it was a nice looking truck and that the blue wasn't "too bad." (Victory as she did NOT want me to get blue. Said it was too bright for a truck.)

And then yesterday I saw a white FX2. Very first FX2 I've seen. Nice!

Gotta say I'm enjoying seeing more of the best mid size truck.

When I got mine in mid 2020, I would be so excited to see another one, I'd wave or flash the lights once. Now, someone in my neighborhood has a tremor, and I see probably 1 per day if I'm out driving. Still, I appreciate how our trucks are more on the rare side, compared to what I usually see in the PNW (100's of tacomas, Colorados, F150's, Tundras). I still see more Rangers than Rivians, but not by that much.

Nice to be a little exclusive. And GD, do I love this truck!
