You guys got me thinking now. It looks like the hangers are the basically the same as factory in that link. I haven't checked the size of the bolts back there but would something like this work:
https://diy4x.com/product.php?productid=17724

It's definitely a cheaper option. Especially if it gets rid of the squeak.

I installed them in option 1 and greased the bushings for the shackle, I don't have a squeak, I just changed them to option 3, without the friction pads between leaf 1 and 2 (from top down) and still don't have a squeak. I think grease on the shackles is the key. Make sure to grease the outside of the bushings that contact the shackles.
stranglely mine are silent on both ends, but i get a creak sound from the pack itself. greasing helped. they probably just need to get some wear on them

The bolts are part of the one side of the shackle, non removeable. I'm sure you could make something like that work, but not easily. Linked here; this shows it all as once piece.

Surprised I don't remember that from swapping them out this past spring!

also- i am actually interested in greasable shackles. link?
They come with the OME springs. Because they aren't cheap parts, you know?

so i think i found it-pretty sure the leaf pack clamps were too tight.
my pop seemed to be coming from the middle of the pack, but never considered the rebound clamps. they were rubbing pretty hard on one side.
ill know in the morning.

still there. its in the leaves, bottom one from what i can tell. drivers side only. passenger side is quiet. maybe the pack is messed up? pretty irritating. gonna try and see what icon can come up with. i dont want to toss factory ones back on, but the noise is killing me.

im on a mission now. i will solve the squeaking.

I appreciate your dedication to figuring this out! How are you going about diagnosing this? That's the issue I have. I can't figure out how to recreate the noise in the shop, maybe I need to have my wife drive down our bumpy driveway and walk along?

im under the truck, having someone bounce/shake it while having my ear and or hand on parts of the spring. you can feel it. its right at thr rebound clip- but not the clip, its the very bottom spring. it appears to be biting into the next spring. i shot some silicone in it and it was gone. so i got location narrowed.

i have a few solutions- 1- the leaves that have no friction pads- take pack apart, slowly drill and install pads.
or two-take pack apart and add leaf liners. those are my two at this point. either way- they are gonna come apart.

overall- the springs feel great. but whenever you screw with something that isn't factory…kinda part of the deal.

I am sure I missed it, but what configuration do you have these in? I got extra spacer pads (real think pieces) with my springs to put in when adding the extra leaf.

original configuration. two leafs that dont have the pads are the second leaf down, and bottom leaf.
