looks good man almost the same setup i got!

also if it is a poly bushing they will make lots of noise... my camburg uniball arms i had on my tacoma made loads of noise mainly in winter thou but it was a squeak sound. it could also just be icon as well..... they are so so at best... hopefully you get it sorted or learn to ignore it lol
We'll see what happens. The fact that @Colo_Ranger says his are quiet gives me hope. ?

Though mine aren't there yet lol.

Finally got around to this...
Currently running eibach 2.0 in front and rear, Icon tubular upper control arms, and readylift anti-intrusion bars.
Wheels are KMC KM718 Summit 17x8.5,+18offset
Tires are Falken Wildpeak AT3W 275/70R17

Visually - very pleased

Audibly... something is left to be desired. I've had two techs (one is the guy who installed them) agree the upper control arms are unacceptably loud and creaky sounding anytime the suspension articulates. I was there for the install, I know it was done properly, and the second tech (wasn't there for install) agreed, and also attempted to correct the issue himself and could not. Apparently there isn't enough grease on earth to make these things operate quiet and smooth ?‍♂?

I opened a ticket earlier with S3M. Hoping to get some resolution.
Anyone else have issues with the Icon Tubular Upper Control Arms (Steel Knuckle)?

Oh... side note, no picture, but I also installed redline's gas struts for the hood... now all I need is an engine cover and it'll be like I bought my truck 2 years ago ?.
that's a really good looking ranger in my opinion.

I would also ask what type of grease was used? I had a teacher when going for my ase say best grease to use for offroad use is marine grade. it has the same for temp wise but is better at fighting moisture.

could it be as simple as something loose, flexing under stress with articulation ?

I am also running the Icon tubular UCA with steel knuckles and I have had zero noise. I used lots Lucas Red N' Tacky #2 red grease.

I don't think so. Had two different technicians go over the install. One is a GM certified Class A tech, the other owns and operates a highly regarded auto shop in my area known for their suspension and alignment work (a lot of race car work too). They both went over everything and saw no issues with install. Apparently it's just noisy AF.
