668 hp on the base model? and the underbody and rear cameras definitely intrigue me, gm came to play from an unsubstantiated stats perspective I am very impressed but with gm I have learned to withhold judgement till they can actually prove what they say

Not bad. The engine looks like a beast. Too bad they kept that junk 8 speed transmission

Before I bought my Ranger I test drove the ZR2. It was nice but the interior was very outdated and then there were the trans issues. I can see why they're only going with one cab/engine choice with all the parts constraints. The new one from the pictures looks good and I'd like to check one out when they hit the lots just so see in person what they've done. Hopefully Ford ups their game too and puts out something much better.

Arguably Ford's v6 is a better motor I'm a bit surprised at the curb weight of the new Colorado, these things keep adding heft.
