There are MANY good products out there and it's tough to chose which one to use. I really like the 303 Graphene Nano spray because it's super easy to use and it'll last 1 year for protection. There's so many damn products to choose from lol, it's terrible. 303 does get awfully talked up around here though lol ?
I’ll polish my Ranger Raptor in 2024![]()
Makes mental note....Do not shake hands with Doc when you meet up in FL next winter. ?Knob…
tried this today and had trouble buffing it out of the tonneau cover. I've tried many other products since moving out here and none have got me more than 6 months without having to redo them. Granted since I started using the 303 there's been others that have come out but I don't see any reason to switch since this one works great and is very user friendly.
I wouldn't use the Graphene on the tonneau cover, only one the truck body, plastic and glass areas. It should be ok but I'm guessing the tonneau cover is to porous and will absorb the graphene into it which is making it hard to buff out. Once you get it all buffed out let it weather for a few months and the use the 303 Aerospace Protectant on the cover. I've only used the 303 Aerospace Protectant on mine and it still looks brand new after 3 years here.tried this today and had trouble buffing it out of the tonneau cover. Any tips?
also should the spray be black or dark blue?
I think that was the problem… hopefully the rest of the white fades. Out of time to work on it.I wouldn't use the Graphene on the tonneau cover, only one the truck body, plastic and glass areas. Yes the Graphene is black because that's the color of Graphene. lol I made the mistake of wearing a white shirt the first time and ruined it from leaning on the truck.I think that was the problem… hopefully the rest of the white fades. Out of time to work on it.
Is the spray dark? I’m used to the normal 303 spray that is light color.
that would be great. It’s not too terrible but I may have some permanent white streaks on it nowYes the Graphene is black because that's the color of Graphene. lol I made the mistake of wearing a white shirt the first time and ruined it from leaning on the truck.
Also make sure you give it a shake every once in a while to mix it up as the Graphene will start to settle. I normally do 2 panels then go back and buff them out. It works great on the glass and lasts way longer than Rain-X. I can check with the chemist I know over at Gold Eagle on Monday and see if he has anything to recommend to take it out.

I wouldn't worry to much about it I'm pretty sure he'll have something that'll take the rest off. You could always try some Dawn dish soap as that's what I use to get the residue off my hands after applying it. Mix a small bucket with warm water and try it, it won't hurt anything. I'll email him so he sees it first thing Monday and will let you know once he responds.that would be great. It’s not too terrible but I may have some permanent white streaks on it now
it just won’t buff out of some places.
I was using the aerospace before but just bought the nano to give it a go. Didn’t realize it could do that to the cover unfortunately. I even started with a small spot and it seemed fine but after doing it all, that wasn’t the case.
thanks!!! will try not to stress it lolI wouldn't worry to much about it I'm pretty sure he'll have something that'll take the rest off.
