Thanks much. Any thoughts on the tech's comments about the drive shaft being out of phase? That sound like something that a shim couldn't correct. Maybe a manufacturing error by Spicer.
Hi Robbie,

I am aware that all Spicer driveshafts are out of phase but why I do not know...my 2019 as well but I have no shudder...my vehicle is silky smooth... Cannot find the answer to why driveshafts are like this...

Best,
Phil

My '21 also had this problem. Not sure why, but after I had the Ford Performance Power Pack installed, it hasn't happened since.

Mine is a 21 year model and it has the problem.
21 model supercab here had the shudder from new,day one. Although it seems to have mellowed out now with 10k miles. Shudder/vibes still occurs intermittently at various speeds & RPM. it runs butter smooth mostly now but very pronounced vibes still occur on occasion

Yeah my 21 had it, at 10k now, switching to a single peice driveshaft has helped, but sometimes when under top range boost it likes to act up.

Rental mustang had it, I have my theory that it’s gotta be something to do with transmission being over built for the 2.3, because the bronco they dropped from the r80 we have to the r60 from the explorer (i believe not sure dont crucify me) and the bronco doesn’t have it, driven three of them
