Took some yard waste to the dump, then took my dogs to the river for fetch and a walk. Had to take advantage of the cooler weather we had yesterday. Ended my weekend by giving my truck a wash and grilling some Carne asada.

I finally got my little inflata-boat sorted out and took it for a test on the water. Everything fit nicely in the truck with plenty of room. The boat floor poked out just past the tailgate but not by much. No fish, but fun trolling around and checking out a new spot

Picked up some firewood. Tows approx. 5k pounds like a dream. Brake controller is real sweet and adjusts the gain according to the truck braking. Really surprised me how effortless it tows. 3 loads down 7 to go and I will have enough wood to keep me warm all winter.

The men and seniors' tee was at the American flag in the first photo. There were no incidents and nobody got a hole in one.

Quick trip to the reserve for fuel. Ranger took 65L of regular @$1.80, and 5 x 20L cans of premium for the lawn tractor and equipment @$2.02, and a bucket-o-coffee
