They called when it arrived and went down to see it plus finalize the paperwork. It was raining and the truck was still covered with mud from the dirt dripping off. I told them just wash it and there better not be swirl marks. Looked shiny new when I picked it up. Went over every inch looking for dings or damage and only found one spot about the size of a pin head that was touched up. It's a truck and going to get dirty. Boy was I tired of waiting and the tracker didn't update to shipped until after it was home.Did the dealer make it look like new? Did you actually see it arrive? How did you know about all the dirt? Good idea on the rodent damage. I'll do the same.
