get several of those sams club size jars of peanut butter, remove the lids and sorta toss them over to the neighbors back yards. a few days and the mice and squirrels will abandon your place and be moving into the neighbors lol.

Not at all. I live in a neighborhood. I guess there is a small farm behind our house but there is a canal between here and there. I almost never see squirrels outside and the truck is parked right outside my window where I work all day. I'm pretty baffled.
