Copy! Wyatt Johnson was pretty good to deal with as well, just the sales lady told me some things that were not accurate and that she just guessed at. The general sales manager and sales manager were very helpful. Mine was dealer ordered just like yours and I put money down on it to hold it. I am glad I waited and am happy with Ranger and the deal I received. I was not asking to beat up on your dealership, I was just wondering if you used the same dealer I did. I used Order Tracker and the Ford Order Tracker and Fords tracker was not as accurate as the other. Mine showed shipped on 4/26 and it was at the dealership at 5/9. So about 2 weeks from shipped it was delivered. Yours should show up pretty quick I would think! Ford customer service was a joke for accuracy when I would call them....

Gotcha. It's Golden Circle, not a small dealership it wasn't Wyatt Johnson but looks like they both like to swag some things as the original ETA was last month, yet Ford Tracker didn't show it shipped yet.

The sales lady I spoke to about it was friendly and told me if it had the trim level I wanted that I should put a deposit down to hold it so I went and did that as soon as I got off the phone with her. I headed down there and talked to a Sales Guy and GM and they treated me like I just bought a new car and was about to drive it off the lot hahah So they get an A for customer service so far.

It's ETA is this week but I've betting on next week. If not I'll be contacting the dealership again

Yes, Ford has auto deleted the auto start stop. I talked to my dealer last week about the ASS and he confirmed Ford deleted it already.

I'm not a fan of that anyway and I'm glad it was taken off, but it should get a discount if it was deleted, and it should be more than 50 bucks IMHO.

I was told from my dealership that the ASS delete means we don't have the option to turn it off. It will just stay on all the time.

I think there have been a few delivered already that it has been deleted, so maybe we can get a confirmation there. But the way I understand it was that it was deleting the Auto Start Stop feature/functionality, not that the removal of the option to choose on or off.

Your ASS delete means it stays OFF all the time. I took delivery of MY22 on April 12 and there is no ASS button at all. Just start and drive , they engine never shuts off.

I don't mind the ASS at all. I leave mine on when I know I am going to be driving around town

Thanks for confirming, Kenny! That’s what we thought. Another dealer that doesn’t really know what is going on.

I'll name them if it doesn't arrive by next week. They haven't been that bad to deal with. More frustrated with Ford factory.

My Ranger is a dealer order that I put money down on that had the options that I would've ordered so that was the better option for me than doing a custom order this late. I got the Vin and Order# so I can use Ford Tracker and when I contact the dealership they've been pretty responsive although the first ETA they gave me when I checked the Ford Tracker still had the vehicle status as built so not sure how they gave me the ETA but the tracker shows it was built at the end of Feb. The status is now changed from Built to Shipped about a week ago and the Dealership has given me the ETA I posted above but who really knows what shipped means any more. I still expect next week or week after...if it's actually shipped

It was a dealer order vehicle, not customer order so I wasn't given the Vin or order number via email. It was spec'd how I would have ordered one so didn't make sense to try and order
The VIN was on the dealership site for the vehicle they had coming.
I took that and then on the ordertrack.app site for the order number you can put in any 4 digits and the VIN and it will pull up the vehicle and show the actual order number. You can then go back and put in the actually order number and vin and it will then show the status as far as in transit or what ever or you can then go to Fords actually tracking site and track it

Just found out from Tim Bartz a ford dealer in Salina Kansas that rangers were being scheduled this week but he said he got an email from ford saying that ranger scheduling was cancelled for this week!!! Way to go ford another let down week !! what a surprise just when a bunch of us had are hopes up down the toilet ? it goes again really getting frustrated with this waiting game BS HERE'S TO WAITING ANOTHER WEEK WTF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Way to go ford another let down week !! what a surprise just when a bunch of us had are hopes up down the toilet ? it goes again really getting frustrated with this waiting game BS HERE'S TO WAITING ANOTHER WEEK WTF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unless you just love what you have custom ordered. May want to give a look at what dealer orders that have already been built and are coming in.
Seems like I read at least one poster bought a dealer ordered Ranger that was pretty much spec'd the way he had his customer ordered one

I'm tempted but I will wait the full 4 months out only 3 months in now if not scheduled by the end of June I will definitely be looking to buy dealer stock as long as their is no inflated prices on the one I pick!!

My Ranger was delayed once before & new ETA window was May 17th~23rd. I didn't hear anything yesterday(23rd) after no new news on delivery. Tonight, I received another delay notice email with new ETA of May 27th~June 2nd.

Not gonna lie, it's frustrating to be given a delay notice & receive yet another delay without any explanation.
