At least they're talking to you. I haven't heard a peep.

The only peep I heard was back on April 8th - To paraphrase 'Your build has been delayed and because we want to be sure you get just what you ordered'.

Then last week (not from Ford, but someone else received it and I confirmed with my dealer) - 'We are going to automatically delete the LED headlights on your Lariat, and will give you a $500 credit.'

Kind of negates the first email, as part of what I wanted was the LED headlights.

I don't believe those with a VIN will get this delete unless I misread it. If you have a VIN you should be fine. (Right?)

Just heard from my dealer. They confirmed the led delete by Ford. Sadly I'm canceling my order. I've only received my confirmation email at the beginning of febuary. I will look elsewhere and If nothing else works out maybe it'll be 2023..........

No word from my dealership for months (no VIN, no info at all) so I get a little assertive, get the window sticker and BAM!!! Should be here around June 8. I think with LED headlights (hope).

Mine finally said Shipped about a week ago after saying built for the longest.
Dealership said the ETA was 5/18-5/25
Honestly I think it'll be June sometime. I don't have much faith in Ford at the moment.
If it doesn't show up by mid June I'm probably going to start looking else where
I know other companies are probably having issues but this has left me disappointed.

I asked my dealer to see if they would drop the start/stop feature, since that was a constraint. He thought they could. If the do, I will ask for a discount.

I got mine thru Wyatt Johnson in Nashville. Seems like it took forever to get it. Can I inquire what dealership you are going through? Thanks!

Yes, Ford has auto deleted the auto start stop. I talked to my dealer last week about the ASS and he confirmed Ford deleted it already.

I'll name them if it doesn't arrive by next week. They haven't been that bad to deal with. More frustrated with Ford factory.

My Ranger is a dealer order that I put money down on that had the options that I would've ordered so that was the better option for me than doing a custom order this late. I got the Vin and Order# so I can use Ford Tracker and when I contact the dealership they've been pretty responsive although the first ETA they gave me when I checked the Ford Tracker still had the vehicle status as built so not sure how they gave me the ETA but the tracker shows it was built at the end of Feb. The status is now changed from Built to Shipped about a week ago and the Dealership has given me the ETA I posted above but who really knows what shipped means any more. I still expect next week or week after...if it's actually shipped

Copy! Wyatt Johnson was pretty good to deal with as well, just the sales lady told me some things that were not accurate and that she just guessed at. The general sales manager and sales manager were very helpful. Mine was dealer ordered just like yours and I put money down on it to hold it. I am glad I waited and am happy with Ranger and the deal I received. I was not asking to beat up on your dealership, I was just wondering if you used the same dealer I did. I used Order Tracker and the Ford Order Tracker and Fords tracker was not as accurate as the other. Mine showed shipped on 4/26 and it was at the dealership at 5/9. So about 2 weeks from shipped it was delivered. Yours should show up pretty quick I would think! Ford customer service was a joke for accuracy when I would call them....
