I bought a burrito the other day and specifically requested NO sour cream.

First bite was OK.

Second bite, guess what? Chock full of sour cream.

Should Ford reimburse me for that expensive burrito that was NOT what I initially thought it was?

I mean, I did bring it home in a Ford truck so I'd say they are liable.

Can I also ask for damages due to the emotional trauma brought on by unwarranted sour cream exposure?

Did you watch them assemble your burrito to make sure there was no sour cream added ?
Did you taste test it before you left the restaurant to make sure no sour cream had been added ?
And, since you already modified the burrito by biting said burrito, do you think you will get a replacement ?
I do not think Ford will reimburse you for the burrito as it was purchased with the understanding that it is a "wear" item and not subject to replacement just because your not happy with said burrito.
Next time, try a "Taco" !!! :crazy:

The 2019 Lariat is my 4th Ranger and my 2nd Ranger with 4WD. I owned 2 full size Chevrolet C10 2wd pickups prior - one new and the other nearly new with 19k miles at purchase.

My 2019 Lariat's stock shocks are low buck, bottom dollar, inferior, useless... I could go on but they were replaced last week at under 11k miles. Hoping new Ranger buyers negotiate 'shock replacement' into their sales contracts..... ;)
Man I need a dose of whatever you are smoking because I have seldom met someone as delusional and entitled as you. They work as intended if you don't like them feel free to sell your truck and as phil so eloquently said don't let the door smack you in the ass as you leave.

I've changed my mind. Ford owes $35K for the crap I had to replace, or add because they didn't bother installing it in the first place. Here's the big items;

DiamondBack cover
Front Runner tonneau racks
Wheels and summer tires
Winter tires
Prinsu roof rack
Warn bumper and winch
S=Pod Bantam
Rigid, Baja Designs and KC Highlites add-on lights
BDS lift kit
Morimoto XB
RTR Grille
Raptor paint

Also, I think my truck should have come with a lifetime supply of fuel, but noooooooo, I have to top it up regularly which is ridiculous.

AND about $30/hour for my wasted time having to drive it. Time for a class action?

While a taco might allow me to more readily see if they have vandalized it with sour cream, the odds of getting a good shell are outweighed by the odds of getting a shell that splits all the way across on the first bite and dumps the contents in your lap.

No, after recovering from the post traumatic fear of being violently exposed to sour cream I will again request a burrito.

This time I will ask for video surveillance of the assembly of said burrito, Chipotle offers that, right?

Or I will exact ultimate revenge and go to Taco Bell since it is inevitable...

I was celebrating Easter yesterday with my family. Great fun, had an Easter egg hunt for the kids, an amazing meal and an overall good time with the people most important to me. Went home and got some sleep. Then I log in here today to see this thread. I guess thanks for giving me something to read while I was on the toilet. :ontheloo:

For the record, I'm fine with my factory FX4 shocks. I guess I'm just another shill. :p

The good thing is that the shocks and the burrito is that the outcome will be the same...
If you don't like either one, you can "dump" them and try something else !!! ?
