My dealer tells me my Tremor is off the train waiting for car carrier in San Antonio - 90 min. down the road! Tomorrow (Fri. 4/15) was original tail end of delivery estimate. ?

pozMeister. I'm also in San Antonio waiting for my ranger. When I track the rail car I'm told it arrived in Chicago on April 10th. Just curiosity (if you don't mind) what was your rail car number?

I would obviously contact them and say WTF!!

So, funny. A different salesperson at the dealer emailed me after I was looking at MY truck on their website and asked if I wanted to come take a drive. They have my email from when I ordered and must be able to connect it to my web browser. Creepy. And obviously, they use this order as a bait and switch because I called and the salesperson I bought it from has left so the new guy did some searching. He shows that my truck is now assembled and the vehicle location is Ramp 4G Mi Assembly Plant, MI. He said he shows that it will be released for shipping on May 10 and that it takes another 4 weeks after to receive it. That is painful. I really hope that the May 10 is actually receiving it at the dealer and not just to get it shipped

Try this I ordered September 3, nothing until October 28th found out my 21 has been canceled, ordered 22 on October 28th. Received email 12/8 confirming order. Nothing until 2/17 scheduled for build 3/28. On 3/11 email says build date has moved to 3 /14 . On 3/17 email states build date has moved to 4/4.
Has shown as in production as of 4/6 and nothing since. 22 Ranger Cactus gray super cab FX4 302A, tech, tow, black appearance, engine block heater, still waiting

They automatically show up on dealers websites. Mine did and showed until a few days after I took delivery of it. Talked to salesman about it when it first showed up and was reassured nobody would touch it or be inside it. And that held true

I have a question regarding the $1000 Bonus Cash offer for ordering.

The offer wasn't applied on my Bill of Sale at time of order as it wasn't showing up in the Vincent system they said. Now they say that a VIN is needed to check if I qualify.

I ordered using X plan and applied my cash offer but won't know if I can get the $1k offer until later. Does this sound right? I was hoping to get that locked in and in writing, but no dice.

Has anyone figured out why that some people who ordered in the same month. That some have gotten build dates and some haven’t?

I contacted my dealer about a $1,000 incentive for a custom order, which was not listed on my DORA. I was told that all incentives or discounts that were available at time of order would be applied when my truck arrived. But I would confirm that with your sales person, and get it in writing, in the event he has moved on by the time your Ranger is delivered.

Mine was on TTGX979920, arrived Chicago on 4/5 (I was tracking it on CSX). Then it went over to UP on 4/10, left Gateway Yard on 4/11 (I think that is East St. Louis, Ill.). But then never could figure out where the train was. The UP trace would give Departed status with date/time, but would never say where it was. It always said ETA 4/14 8am at Industry. Not sure where that is (California?). My sales guy looked it up yesterday (4/13) and told me it was in SA. Have you been tracing yours on UP? Can you tell where it is?

Hmm. Some of these comments have me wondering if I need to check in with my salesman on this.

It's been a couple months, this week the truck was supposedly built altogether (though the tracking does not confirm this). Guess I'll drop in on Saturday!?

Thanks for the answer. Different rail car unfortunately. I’ve only been able to track on CSX. States arrived in Chicago April 10 at 0228….ETA Gibson Indiana April 21 at 0430. That Gibson part confused me. We’re you able to track on UP? Or just confined with CSX. So hopefully I’m only 5 days behind you.

For mine, it seemed like the CSX trace stopped updating once it was handed off to Union Pacific. Then I could trace it on UP, but as I said, it was not useful for the actual train location past "Gateway Yard". But at least I could see that it was moving.
