i just drove mine all the way home in "D" (im at 1100 miles) even let the ASS do its thing , which, surprisingly didnt seem to bother me much . Most if not all of my lug is gone after 30mph and i only get a little when it hits 9th close to 50 , rpms look above 1500 , but my last mile or so is 20 to 28 cruising speed and its still pretty bad right there , and below 1500 rps ...1200 maybe , quick push of the tow button perks it right up though...

I had the ZF8 transmission in my Charger, two RAMs, and 300. Smoothest transmission by far. So those that say this truck’s transmission acts the way it does because it’s a “truck” is full of it. It’s ok to complain about stuff on your trucks. Stop acting like the fanbois on TacomaWorld

The transmission (8spd) in my Jeep is super smooth! I never feel it shifting and it's not even close to broken in yet with 850 miles on it. It's not that the 10R80 is bad, it's just it takes a long time for it to smooth out the shifts and then it lugs in the top gears around town. I was more happy with mine once I tuned it.

Well sorry but the fanboydom seems to be coming from you cause they are Not the best transmission. Tons of problems and failures on them in Rams and Jeeps.

My next step is checking fluid level, if that doesn’t work, tune is next. The transmission on this truck is the only thing pissing me off about it. Everything else has been good.

Yep I had some things to adjust and modify on my Ranger but I did exactly that, I got in there and got it done instead of just bitching.
I’m gonna keep enjoying this sunset and will not be bothering to search anything related to you. I do hope everything is OK with you since you do seem awfully angry. Driving 3 Chryslers in a row will do that to a person..
