Update for everyone: Called Fordpass because it had been 30+ days and still no points. They figured out the dealer awarded the points to someone else...

So, I should be getting my points within 2 business days.

Wow. Didnt someone here get 40,000 extra points last week on top of their 40,000 for buying their truck?

That kinda makes sense. I think they just use your email address so they might have misread it.

Glad they got it fixed for you. Used some points to get my oil changed today.

Yeah I did. Not sure why, but I'll use em up sooner than later. There is a nice lighting system for the bed that would pretty much use em all up.

How long does it take to get the fordpass points on a new purchase? Waiting to spend the money (points) I don’t have yet.

A week to 10 days 42,000 points

Finally got my points. 3 phone calls and 37 days later.

Just an FYI for anyone in the future having issues, you must get your points allocated into your account within 60 days or you lose them

No dealer in my area will allow me to buy parts with the points, I don't really care about the
points.

You can buy oil and filters.
