Little more in-depth on the electrical work. The box will be mounted on the new rear wall once installed and positioned so when you open it the door drops down like a tray for access to the spare electrical components. A new single power line is run for the battery/100A relay circuit and then connected to a power distribution block under the steering wheel dash. Future cabin additions will no longer require tapping or running new lines. Also taking this time to properly run and tuck everything.

Also, another small project I've put off for a while, adding 3 marker lights to each side of my rack. I'll finish tomorrow I'm bushed for the day.

I've got so much more work to do. I need to build the platform, get the wall up, mount the brain box, mount the molle walls, then see what kind of room I have left to work with. I still plan to make a custom molle / console ceiling in the truck. Now I will have a big clear path to run a support beam from the front to the back. I also need to see how I can utilize the four grab handles on the ceiling as a point of contact.

Edit: Oh yea and my suspension should be coming in today from UPS!

I plugged all 20 of the holes underneath my doors.
I feel much better now...
umm, the drain holes that prevent the door from filling with the water that gets inside the door from around the window seals?

No, he means the holes in the rockers that are used during assembly. It was a cost cutting measure to stop covering them at the factory in '21.

Take a peek underneath the rocker panels...you WILL shout "HOLEY S--T"

Then go to Amazon and buy a pack of 25, 3/4 inch black rubber hole plugs.

Sounds like another way to spend money on the truck... so glad I joined this forum.

Ah, I was unaware.
I was unaware too until someone else pointed out the holes were unplugged in later models. My '19 Ranger's holes were plugged and painted over.
So I went and got plugs :)

Want to see more of this.

Let me know what you want to see.

You can buy aluminum channel for the strips with end caps, and quick connectors if you don't want to solder. Super Bright LED's sells the parts. The Amazon link for the same COB's SBL sells were 1/3 the price with more lumens, so a much better buy.

Problem with this mod is now I notice how yellow the stock cargo lights are and now I'm down the rabbit hole of picking out LED replacement bulbs around the vehicle. I'll ignore the turn signals since I'm getting older and often forget to use them anyways.

Installed a DeeZee Damper
Impressed with the quality of the Damper, parts, fit and ease of installation. Be sure and have a long handled 6m allen to give it the torque needed. Bought a Torx T50 3/8" drive at Home Depot for 2.97 to do the install. Followed this outstanding installation video:
