It’s a house label item from Princess Auto here in Canada. It’s a chain of stores with an eclectic assortment of tools and gadgets you didn’t know you needed until you walked in.

I think it’s a bit like Harbour Freight in the U.S. - others might know for sure.

You likely won’t find it easily - it’s only sold under that name at Princess Auto - you could likely find the same item under a different name at other stores.

Serrated - I’ve looked - can’t find them anywhere else except Grainger Canada - maybe it’s a Canadian thing.
