Thankyou for the insight, I was also looking at the eibach kit this evening and it looks very well priced and seems to perform better than stock. If only stage 3 delivered to Canada ? but I will definitely give partsengine a look. Thanks again!
Tdot - meh. PartsEngine - good CS. Out west, you could try Lowriders.ca - they’re in Delta, BC near the Boundary Bay Airport. Shipping might be cheaper than from ON. Some of Amazon’s 3rd-party sellers are also pretty solid - Hitchweb, Canada Direct, Mud and Track,

Picked these up today but the tremor is at ford having a factory paint defect fixed (or made worse, won’t find out which for a few days) so have to wait to see what this color looks like on the truck. Apparently they are off of a truck that was at fords sema booth in 19

Just joined the forum, so while I didn’t actually do this today….it is the most recent thing I’ve done to my Ranger.

Quick backstory first: I’ve had my truck about two months now. There aren’t a lot of Rangers floating around our small coastal town, so I’ve been getting a ton of comments and questions at the pumps, car wash, grocery store etc.

Funny thing is that one of the most frequently asked questions tends to be “Is it 4-wheel drive?”.

Lol, maybe it’s the 20” wheels that throw people off? A few quick pics for reference:

Anyway, I finally decided to put the question to bed and ordered a “4x4” emblem for the tailgate. “Installed” it late last week:

Another question I get asked is “Who makes that truck?”. It just dawned on me yesterday that the only “Ford” logo visible on the outside is the blue oval on the tailgate….so the question finally makes sense. Problem now is trying to decide if I should add “Ford” to the front somewhere, maybe on the sides…..?

Ugh. First world problems just suck.

Haha. Apologies for the long-winded “first post”…..just figured I’d jump right in with both feet.
where did you get the 4X4 Logo

Those are the tires I want. They look great. You have a level/lift right? And any first impressions? Cheers.
Im not leveled. I raised the front a modest 1.2 inches with Bilstein 5100’s, so I still have about a 1.25 inch rake. Love the tires so far. They are noticeably smoother over gravel and road imperfections than the Hankooks. They may be slightly louder at highway speeds, but it’s insignificant. They are about 8 pounds heavier per tire than the Hankooks and i believe i will take small hit on mpg’s, but I need more miles on them to confirm.

I bought it on Amazon. Not sure what the rules are or if I’m allowed to post the link, but I probably searched for “black and red 4x4 emblem”. If you’re truly interested and can’t find it, pm me.

Actually, it was sold in a pack of two. If you want the extra one I’ve got, pm me an address and I’ll mail it out. My treat.

When I got this in I was actually heading out of town with a trailer. Just got back and put it on with two thoughts: a bed step and deterrent.

Reading the included documentation it makes more sense as trucks don't have the same rear crash protection built in as sedans do.

Great something else I need. Just add it to the list.
