I was searching for info on total wheel travel in inches before purchasing the whole Icon kit front and rear with extended travel coilovers. Couldn't find anything really.
So now that I have everything installed, I went ahead and did some measurements myself and it is quite impressive really for a bolt on kit.
Really close to 9 inches front and rear!!
This is with BDS upper control arms and Icon rubber rear bump stops installed.
Also I do not recommend BDS uppers for this kit!! They smack the top of the wheel well because of the giant grease housing that they have. Go with Icon, the thinner profile at the junction should prevent this before hitting the wheel well at full travel.

I have the Icon 2.5 coilovers in the front with APG Billet UCAs and the Icon aluminum series 2.0 with the Icon progressive leaf spring kit / Icon foam bump stops in rear.

I didn't do any before measurement but could tell it was significant when my floor Jack can no longer get the tires off the ground without using wood blocks..

Yeah I hear ya there!!! I have the same issue now as well lol. Gotta carry blocks just in case I get a flat out on the road because the stock jack definitely won't lift the truck enough anymore lol

Another option is the SPC UCA. They offer adjustments for camber and caster. Icon is a good product though, and the Delta joints are hard to beat.

Just of curiosity, how were you able to measure the full travel? Droop I get it, but how did you compress the spring fully? Are you even able to achieve that with a jack without risking rolling the truck over? Maybe disconnected sway bar?

The rear was very simple since the axle travels in a vertical line. Jack up the rear to full droop and measure from top of leaf spring pad to bottom of bump stop. Front was more complicated, but still pretty easy. I just jumped it a few times and my UCA smacked the top of the wheel well which left a perfect indentation to measure from on the front to full droop there as well haha

Dangerous sport you are doing with the jumping since there is no bump stop on the USDM front suspension. The wheel well is not the limiting factor, coil binding would be or the LCA hitting the sway bar. Anyway, be careful.

I'm not launching the thing lol. I'm talking a couple of inches off the ground. The Icon Coilovers do have a rubber bump stop on the shaft. That's why I do not recommend the BDS UCA's. Seems to be a overlook that the knuckle is too large and it hits the top of the wheel well at full compression.

This is the part that is hitting. I would imagine the Icon UCA'S would not do that because of the slimmer profile they have.
