A BOV should not do anything to emissions should it? I understand the charge pipe but not the bov.
A BOV that vents to atmosphere is also venting Fuel/Oil vapors. This would be partially captured pre BOV by a catch can if you installed one. (I belive, not sure where the crank case vent feeds into the intake).

Brandon, I suspect that after you had to wait so long to get your oil changed, and inspection your service writer was scared he would just piss you off a more. And he certainly didn't want to do that. :)

I suspect that after you had to wait so long to get your oil changed, and inspection your service writer was scared he would just piss you off a little more. And he certainly didn't want to do that. :)
There must be a reason he elevated to a Service Manager :giggle::inspect:
