Mine is still in transit with an expected delivery in 4 days - hoping, hoping! Just noticed this comment in the In Transit section: "Don't forget to add comments to the short survey so we can enhance the Order Tracking Site." Wondered if anyone has actually been presented with a survey.

I noticed that as well - wondered where the "survey" link was - I wanted to give them some "input"

If you go to the ford tracker site and go all the way to the bottom you can leave input.

I wasn't expecting my Ranger for another week (4/3) but to my delight, my tracker says it's been delivered today! Granted, I live in Dearborn, MI, so there is no transit time. Time to give my dealer a call!

On another thread, someone had contacted Jack Cooper transport to inquire about his Ranger and even though his VIN showed on there site as pending, they told him they were not the transport company for his truck?

I never saw my truck show up there. Last I knew it has been transported from the Factory to the rail yard in Woodhaven (same as several others) - but neither of the trucking sites posted here (Jack Cooper or United Road Transport). So some trucking company moved it, but it wasn't one of the two posted here.

They don't appear to have an online tracker either. I'm hoping it will move from the rail yard VERY soon. 7 days sitting now. Fingers crossed.

Good news. It was loaded onto the train yesterday in Woodhaven. Bad news. Looks like it only went a couple of miles down the track and it is currently at the Mustang plant in Flat Rock.

At any rate, ANY movement is better than sitting in one spot for a week.
