I sure do love those heated seats in winter!
When I first bought my truck I was like "heated seats, I'll never use those out here". Oh was I wrong, I use them al the time. We do get some cold temps throughout the winter but even in the spring and fall I'll turn them on when my back is sore. They're like having a built in heating pad. ?

Too bad you couldn't get that little number in the itty bitty yellow skin tight dress....she could also give you a massage in addition to the heating pad !!!
Now, that would be the BEST BANG for the buck !!!
(Damn, I'm just an old fart...my mind is always in the gutter )

That’s gonna require a hell of a lot of dampers to be sold… But then again Dave does have a way of moving these things!

But if she were part of an option package, like the heated seats, it wouldn't cost extra. You could just enjoy the convenience at your leisure !!!

and if the Government gets its way, you will not be able to leave it to your kids... Just saying....
Oh, they'll let you leave it to your kids as long as the government gets at least half.

You know, in payment for allowing you to exist and all.

Dennis, One thing to keep in mind is the Wet Okoles are seat covers and the Katzkins are leather replacements. When I was thinking about getting the Base Bronco I looked into both of these and really liked the Katzkins and the offer heated and cooled seats as an option. They are a lot more money but if you're going to keep the truck for a while it's worth the investment. Nothing against the Wet Okoles which are great too but they're really two different items.
Correct; Katzkins reupholsters the seats and any other cloth surface in a vehicle. They actually remove the factory cloth and reupholster the seats completely. For the price, they're actually cheaper than taking it to an upholstery shop and having the same thing done.

John, when you say that they "reupholster the seats completely," does this mean that the seat ends up being firmer (or softer) than before? I basically like the seats in my 2019 Lariat but a littler firmer butt and back for better support would be welcome, not to mention the better-quality leather. There is a Katzkins shop right across the border in New Jersey, not too far from where we live in northern Delaware.

I think changing/adding foam only happens when you buy the heated/cooled options. The "skin only" options I believe go over the factory foam but I could be wrong about that. I didn't ask about the foam when I got a quote from the local installer (and honestly because until he explained the process, I didn't even realize they were reupholstering the seat, thought they were just really nice covers)

How long did the installer say they would need your truck?

No heated seats but these real wool pads are the best bang for value...they're warm when it's cold and cool when it's hot...super soft almost like my puppy ?

Bought a Clothes Bar for my trip to Flagstaff. Convenient and inexpensive...these are the terms that Money Pit victims use to justify a lot of small purchases

The 1st one came from Walmart for 9.96 but had to return it because the plastic clamps would not attach (too large) to the plastic clamp hanger hooks in the Ranger.

The 2nd one came from Auto Zone for 14.99 (Pro Elite brand) and likewise the plastic clamps would not attach because of the size difference. But this one had additional metal rings (see photo) that hung over the Ranger plastic clamp hanger hooks and worked well.

What do you think are the best upgrades for the Ranger, for the money? I'm not looking to change tires and wheels or a crazy lift or expensive engine mods. Just cool stuff that no one would think of for the $Money$
Tailgate damper, no question. ?
