Hey Oxford white owners. Did you purchase this color because it was what you wanted or because it was all that was available? Do you wish you picked another color?

I have a 2020 Magnetic XLT 4x2 and my dealer called today to let me know they have a 2021 Oxford white Lariat FX4 arriving soon. With the crazy prices from Carvana. I am seriously considering making this happen. I regret not getting a Lariat 4x4 in the first place. I am just not sure I want white. I would prefer Red or Black, but the pictures of some y’all’s truck kind of make me want a white Ranger.
My last two were black, and black looks amazing if you can keep it clean every day. That's impossible to do., especially since it's a truck and it's going to be used and get dirty.

White looks good even when dirty ;)

I had a black truck in high school. Well it rattle can black ?. I think it was actually red dirt color more because I rarely washed it. After all, I only $200 for it. I take your point though.

Sadly, the dealer sort of lied. The Oxford white truck was actually a tremor and they want $47k for it. I am not willing to pay that for a truck. I do not need nor want the tremor extras. I would be happy with just a basic 4x4 lariat.

Looking out west at the Florida Everglades. Mosquitos were out in force, so smoking my cigar wasn’t as enjoyable as usual.

I love the glades. Haven't been for years, but have been many times in the past. Yes, cigars are a must, just don't get any insect repellant on them, else your mouth goes numb. Don't ask me how I know.

Hi Tito, sad to say but Kevin was killed today by a cat... she flipped while we were at work and it seems a cat was able to take advantage

Want to come down that way and explore the glades a bit. We are in Manatee co. so If I head south on 75 and cross Alligator Alley what's my best exit to explore the glade roads?

Best way to see the Everglades and Big Cypress is to take I-75 south to Naples and take U.S.41 a.k.a. Tamiami Trail to Miami instead of Alligator Alley.

There are a few places to stop and take in the glades including the Oasis Visitor Center in Big Cypress Preserve and Shark Valley in Everglades National Park. If my memory is right your admission receipt from Shark Valley is good for 7 days and would get you into the south entrance of Everglades National Park which is by Florida City. Shark Valley has a 14 mile total paved path that goes out to an Observation Tower. You can see out for miles in the Everglades and even look down at the gators swimming around. On the colder months the gators have a tendency to lay out on the path to sunbathe.
