I put a lead on my battery so I can hook up my charger without opening the hood.
I also took a picture of my Tremor next to my wife's new Rubicon with 37 inch tires. You can put 35's on new stock Rubicon's. She has 2 inch spacers for the 37's.

Which brand deflector is this one? Suppose you could run 3M tape across that line to protect the paint. Or have the front of the hood wrapped in vinyl then adhere the deflector. I assume the deflector keep bug guts off the windshield?
It is the Ford one. Same as pictured above on the red Ranger. I was thinking the same. I can test fit some 3M VHB on the areas of concern to be sure it doesn't impact the fitment. May need to go with a thinner version than what they used to avoid a bulge.

I'm new to the forum and 2020 and 2021 has been a time of change, well, more like simplifying my life and offloading "stuff". Sold my '67 Plymouth GTX and '19 Charger Scat Pack, and bought a FORD! The Ranger is an awesome truck and I'm more than happy with it. My MOPAR friends have been kind and have even said good things about the Ranger (quietly of course :bandit:). No Dakota so they can't say sh*t really. I still have my 08 SOL GXP for my manual fix, and no plan to sell that one! Here's a few pictures to share...

Joyride...yup, it's from Ford, here's the original post: https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/thre...e-mail-today-for-your-ranger.1866/post-259972
TBR...I didn't check to see if it hit anywhere before I put it on, oops. And probably should have had a 2nd pair of hands, if it goes on wrong, it isn't moving! But yeah, it will probably never come off, unless it cracks/breaks. Always had a bug deflector on my old Rangers, just never liked them until I saw this one.

Robust for sure. I read somewhere on the forum that it really keeps the bugs off the windshield so the aero must really work.

Stopped by my dealer today for some parts. Talked to my sales guy too. He said to me boy did you buy your Ranger at the right time. (Dec 4th) Because pretty much when you walked out the door with it things went sideways here. Look out in the lot, no inventory. (normally they have at least 20 Rangers) I drove around when I left and there were 3 new Rangers with sold tags and one yellow one in the showroom. He also said everything they get now is sticker price, no discounts to be had. He predicted this to last a few more months.

That’s why trade in deals are so good right now. One chip maker for automotive and they’re in Taiwan.

A damper will add at least twice that.
It's true + it'll also boost torque!! It'll help you to "Kill all Tires"!!

I have same unit and posted a few times on the lack of bugness after driving ag country for a few hundred miles, in all seasons, you'll gonna love it...imo.

Yeah, only thing hurt is my pride.

That’s exactly what happened. Funny thing is, when someone from one of the offices came to see what happened, they said they had just finished repairing damage to the other pole from someone who hit it last week!
oh man I feel for ya!

Yeah, uh…about that... No car, just a yellow pole cemented into the ground:

If I had better shocks, the truck would’ve been more controlled through the maneuver, and likely avoided impact all together.
HI Jacob,

How fast were you going that shocks would even enter the equation? Call me puzzled but this does not make sense to me.
