It's a terrible picture, but the only one I thought to get before (partway through) unhitching. Brought the new camper home. Hauled very well. Got 15 mpg while pulling some decent hills (mostly empty weight). I wish I would have gotten a picture with the load levelers still on. I was impressed how level it sat. Load arms are off in this picture do to backing into the driveway over the dip. Gonna hopefully take it for a shakedown run this weekend, I'll try to get a better picture.

I finally took that picture. As they say: "there are many like it, but this one is mine."

I also adjusted the tire pressure. Dealer had them at 50 and it rode like a brick. I get that it's a truck, but I shouldn't feel my kidneys rearranging while driving. Dropped the pressure to 40 and it rides much, much better.

I threw some KANGS in! Required a lot of cutting and trimming of my ADD bumper’s integrated skid plate so the reservoir would fit - but thankfully I knew that going in so we had all the proper tools.

Springs are still settling but so far it’s a huge upgrade over my old Icons!

These are the Performance Series with compression adjusters.

Have a set on order myself. Did you swap out for a heavier spring to accommodate for your bumper/winch? If so, what spring rate did you go with? How much preload did you set?

Is that what the door sticker said, or are those after market tires? My door says 30 and the dealer had them at 40, and yeah, almost shook out a kidney. At 30 it's much better.

The door sticker says 30. I am still playing around with the pressure, but 40 is already a huge difference. My guess? When they rolled it off the truck Wednesday (I bought it Saturday, but the dealer held it for me as soon as they rolled it off the truck) the tech doing the PDI set them to 50. The max pressure is 51. These are the stock 265/65r17 Hankook ATM tires.

In my younger days, I worked for Discount Tire. I have to say, I am surprised that the door placard would be 30. On a vehicle this size, I'd expect 35. 30 sounds too low, from my experience. I am going to do a chalk test soon and see where they wear best too. Ultimately though, I care about ride over longevity. I don't want the truck to feel 'floaty'.

I'll be interested in your chalk test. I know 40 to 30 is like night and day. I'll eventually swap the rear shocks but I can wait on that.

The truck will be getting new suspension all around in the long term, so I feel ya there. I'll share my results when I do it. It's pretty easy, but takes some time.
