Easy to replace the black or do you have to yank off that whole skid plate?

I found the Instruction Sheet and the skid plate need to be removed.
Although Bt_ostate wrote earlier it was easy to swap.

Have any of you lucky guys that have taken delivery found splash guards? The molded version Ford offers apparently doesn’t fit Tremors.

I just removed the skid plate. remove two bolts and loosen two rears.

Got good news today. My expected eta on my Tremor moved up from 4-26 to 4-19. Hope it is accurate.

Just picked mine up Friday and have put about 500 miles on it so far. I had a 2018 F-150 3.5 FX4 and decided to downsize to the Ranger. Almost got the Lariat FX4 but then I saw the Tremor and it was an easy decision. So far, I really like the Ranger.
