Hello everyone! I'm a new Ranger owner and wanted to introduce myself. I recently acquired this totally #BoughtNotBuilt 2019.

Picked mine up tonight, can’t wipe the smile off my face.

Hi from St. Louis. Traded a '13 F150 FX4 for a '20 Ranger XLT FX4 on December 30. Have installed an Access Vanish tonneau cover and a Westin bed mat. Thanks to the Ranger5G guys, yesterday I put a small LED nitelite into the rear seat power outlet and the Auto Stop Start magically lost its functionality. Look forward to more future mods!

@Wasatch Wranger - what wheel models is that - 20"?

@Discount Tire - Yeah, they are 20" Mayhem Scouts. It's the only thing I want to change actually! I want to switch to 17" rims with 33 x 10.5 instead. Better gas mileage (I think) with the thinner width and more sidewall for better off-road performance. I guess I'll run through these tires and tackle that when they are done.

Welcome Steve - you can ditch the night light and simply drive in “S” mode. It will turn off Auto Stop/Start and it’s WAY more fun.

Steve here in West Texas. This is my second ranger. My first new vehicle was an XLT4x4 in 91, and back in November 2020 picked up my Rapid Red super crew XLT FX4 2020. Love this truck. Been getting 18 mpg really haven’t had a chance to test out the off-road capabilities other than the two small snowstorms that it did great in the snow/ice/slush.

Do you guys do trade-ins with tires and wheels? I've been a customer of Discount Tire for a decade. I have a location just down the street from me and they have always treated me well.

Great question! On wheels, no, but our stores will sometimes take in used tires for trade-in credit that may be applied towards used product.

When I got my Ranger I decided almost right away to replace the tires with KO2s. I went to several national brand named tire stores to try to make a deal. They all cited liability reasons for not being able to take my OEM tires on trade. Even though they were still on the truck and had less than 100 miles on them. I ended up giving the tires to my grand son. At least I felt good about that. ?

Yes sir, completely stock. Tonight I am going to have the tires replaced with a set of Falken Wildpeak AT3. Near future, an Icon or Fox coilover lift, wheels and a different grill.

I signed a contract for the 2020 black XLT that had exactly what I wanted with tow package and 17" wheels. It was on another dealer's lot, about 90 miles away. My dealer told me he'd pick it up, and it would be mine in two days... Three days later, he called and said the other dealer sold it out from under us. Talk about getting your hopes dashed.
So my dealer gave me a good price on the cyber orange 2021 XLT and said he'd add the tow package for no charge. I guess I can live with 18" wheels. I was calling it my new yellow Ranger, until I parked it next to my wife's yellow Honda. I guess it really is orange. Jeez, what a colorful driveway we have now
