Yeah, I'm considering the new Goodyear now too. It's a few pounds lighter than the Wildpeak at the same load index, probably thanks to the kevlar. But also a bit more expensive. I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has tried these.

I have the Hankooks on my '21 Ranger. Currently have about 22k miles. Plenty of tread left, but the rubber is getting hard and starting to crack on the outside of the tires, so I'll be replacing them soon.

With the 265/65-18 size you can put the same size tire on the 17" spare wheel with a 265/70-17 tire. They're both 10.4" wide and 31.6" high.

I did consider the DuraTrac. It would be a good tried and true choice, but I decided to look at newer tires. I think the industry has perhaps improved the compounds and the technology in the last few years.
