Put the Kingleting seat heaters in and went for a ride. I thought they worked well and my wife loved it for her back.

Ccccold up there in the Iron Range, eh Steve? Spent some time in Hibbing on projects, tried to avoid the winters! They had the biggest snowblowers I ever saw, melted it as fast as they sucked it off the streets. And saw my first high school hockey game, complete with cheerleaders on skates:
I installed the Trek Step today.

I like it. No more milk crate.

Yup, it's nice, but pricey. The DeeZee is reasonable but doesn't fold. I'm still looking...

Put on a McGard Tailgate lock. I can even make what appear to be simple jobs difficult.:headbang:
Hi Matt,

I had quite a bit of trouble holding all the pieces in place while securing the puzzle lock bolt. I used to be a mechanic until I got my Train Driver degree and have reasonable dexterity and tons of tools...

I followed up my suspension install from the other day with fitment of the wheels / tires. I am extremely happy with the result!

Got my Lariat headlights installed along with Auxito 3000k fogs.

Unfortunately I noticed an issue with the driver's side assembly after install. The silver reflector material that should be behind the turn signal bulb is just completely missing. I can't imagine how other than a manufacturing defect. I took the bottom cap off and there is no evidence of broken plastic. It's just gone. They were used from eBay, but the seller refunded me 50% as I didn't want to take it all back apart and reinstall my XLT lights. So I'll be on the watch for a different LH assembly.

Everything works, it just makes the driver's side turn signal a lot dimmer than the passenger side. Made the changes in ForScan so the LED strip runs as the DRL, and disabled the hyperblink as I have a pair of LED turn signal bulbs coming as well.

$270 for a folding single step? Ouch.
Yeah, really! They should just round it to an even $600 and you can send them your stimulus check ;)

To Old Man me, it's worth every penny. Not sure why the one for the Ranger is $60 more than the one for a F150 or a Chevy, not fair.

I am not knocking it, to each there own, but I can see me missing that step. I'll stick with my Gorilla Ladder. :like: Safety first.
