I just had my ranger at a shop for a muffler delete and this down pipe installed. He did the muffler delete but told me he couldn’t get the bolts to break or the O2 sensors out. It looks like I’m going to have to do this myself. Any tips?
Candle wax. Not kidding. Heat up the area and touch a candle to it. Let the wax flow into the area like you're soldering copper plumbing. The wax will wick into the threads. Highly recommend unscented candles unless you really like that sort of thing. I used the wax trick on really stubborn wheel bolts on a VW. Propane torch will be enough heat for this.

My go to for stubborn bolts, etc is Kroil - creeping oil:

It isn't cheap, but it is incredible stuff - it sucks itself into the threads - much better than regular penetrating oil (PB blaster, WD40, Liquid Wrench, etc). I just used it yesterday to free up a frozen brass plumbing fitting.

I used some Kroil liberally on the 3 downpipe bolts and O2. Let it soak a while then hit them again. Then I used a cheater bar to get the leverage to break the DP bolts loose. Definitely was not able to budge them with out a cheater bar. Even then I exerted maximum effort and I’m not a small guy. I don’t know how much force I used but it was substantial. They finally broke loose.
O2 did not require the cheater bar.

I concur!

I was gifted a set of KO2s last week ?
285/65/18.
I really like the stance and the look.
(Fox 2.0, rubs on rear intrusion beam at full lock, no issues up front, front crash bar delete...waiting on BDS kit.)

Quick update:
While still waiting on my BDS intrusion beam kit....
I Adjusted the rear crash bars and pushed it all the way back.
No more rubbing! :like:
I now have about 1cm space for both driver and passnger side,
at full lock.

Went a little outside the box on this addition...Deal I could not pass on and the shell color matches wheels, bumpers, and wheel trim!

I like outside the box thinking. Love the way the magnetic breaks up the all one color scheme . Great choice.
Might not work with every color but it works here.
