I’ve used ARB and Viair in the past. They’re both good quality.
I currently have a 450 automatic on my truck bed. (quick disconnect and 30amp breaker)
I reserved a Badlands and Wildtrak, but decided to just go with a Wildtrak, with Lux package, Rock rails, mod bumper and winch etc.
(I think Wildtrak would be closer to a Raptor, and Badlands would be for those that actually do Rockcrawling)
Btw, Wildtrak already comes with the 2.7 and Squatch...
The kit comes with the option to wire it to the reverse tail light wire.
I wired mine to a Fused Auxiliary switch panel, so I can just turn it on/ off as needed.

No issues as...
SVC light bar...pretty cool and hefty.
I posted some pics of the install, here:

Btw, there’s plenty of room between and under the lights.
( in my younger days, I would prob have the same concerns, but I...
Yes, in my experience...Amber is better for foggy conditions and snow.
(your area or needs may vary) In our area here, we get intermittent foggy conditions esp near the shores of Long Island.
I have Baja designs Led lights.
I like the low profile look of the S1 and S2s and they put out quite ample amount of light for its size.
For ditch/ hood lights I used the S1 sports on a
Diode Dynamics bracket kit.
For Aux lighting up front, I used S2 sport combo. ( driving/ wide)
I also...
Not sure about westin bracket, but I just moved the oem ACC module with the orig bracket, slide it Up/ tucked in between the tray and grille. ( see pics from my original posts above)
I just make sure engine is running, prior to using it.
(It could drain your battery)
As far as it being energized/On, it would only engage if you attach the wired switch to the controller, so its not really On all the time.
I have used several winch brands in the past. (back in my jeep days)...
It would be better and quicker if you have a 2nd person to help.
(my son helped when I needed someone to hold the mount, and in putting oem bumper back)
As far as tools...
A good floor jack, with a piece of flat 2x6 wood at least 2-3ft.
I have several sets of SAE and metric ratcheting wrench...
I pre-ordered my Builtright panels today. :D
(I know lots of us here, been waiting for them)

I have used and installed their panels previously in my Raptor, and very happy with the strength and quality.
Yes, it was a leftover from my F150 Raptor I traded.
You just need smaller screws and install screw heads from bottom. (nut installed facing up) otherwise it might hit the plastic below the tray.
Look under the Driver’s side, under dash/steering column.
There you will find the Oem thru-Firewall grommet.
(see first pic on my previous post)
Btw, This wire tool is useful.
Just take it slow and make sure you dont hit anything on the other side...
I like to label them...for the next guy :)
( I tend to upgrade/ trade evey few years or less).
The FOP, I just carry it in memory of my old partner as he gave it to me years ago before he passed.
Anyway, here’s some pics that might be useful.
If you need anymore pics or info, Let me know.
