According to the Eibach website, these front coilovers (part# E86-35-048-01-20) are designed for 2019-2020 Ford Ranger 4WD.

1. Has anyone of you installed them on your 2WD ?
2. Are there any issues with the installation and alignment?
3. My intention is to replace both the OEM springs and struts without lifting the front. I was told that these coilovers are preset at the factory to lift the front almost 2". How easy is it to readjust them to the original stock height?

Thanks in advance.

1. I installed these on my 2wd. Fairly easy to do, but I would recommend having a set of helping hands. Pulling down the UCA to reconnect it to the knuckle and prying the sway bar were two things I needed help on.
2. Dealership aligned it fine. I did not mess with them out of the box, the lift was probably closer to 3". If they could align it at my settings you should be completely fine.
3. The coilovers should come with an adjustment tool. I was told it was easy and could be done with them on the truck, it looks to just be turning the bottom collar until you're at the stock height location. Nobody I spoke to had actually done the adjustment though so it's all a guess. Going up you would probably have to compress the spring, going down you could probably just turn the collar.

Rides great. I recommend doing the rear shocks too. Stage3 has the coils and rears for $999. No lift from the rear shocks without a block, but significantly better ride IMO and they're like $75 each in that package. I got my order extremely quickly and they were responsive to all my questions.

Good luck.

That's awesome, Austin. Thank you for taking the time answering my questions and providing valuable detailed information. My Eibach rear shocks should arrive here around 11/2, but I am taking your recommendation and will order the front shocks as soon as I can get to it. Thx again!

Old thread I know but was curious how your adjustment down to stock height went? Any lessons learned?

Those Eibach front coilovers have been in my garage since at least November 2020. I am planning to install them just right before the stock tires are replaced and front wheel alignment is performed.
