so far still waiting -- its been 5 days and gotta say pretty disappointed with Stage3 they are zero help with this. The latest plan is eibach to send me a label for the defective one, me send it back wait for eibach to OK a replacement then they ship it to me .for something that was defective right out of the box... so I'm looking at like another week or two probably its pretty ridiculous for something that is this obviously defective at this point Id rather just return and buy somewhere else! But now we are having the "return shipping' discussion ..... apparently I'm expected to cover return shipping for defective merchandise - gotta say I don't recommend stage3 at this point just really glad I did not order the front set yet and when I do, it wont be from Stage3. rant over (for now)
I hope I didn't miss it, but definitely contact Eibach directly. When I ordered from them, and they screwed up, they fixed it fast.

I have no experience with any vendor except with Eibach. I purchased directly from them, and they were always responsive.

I have not contacted Eibach directly - I did look on their page and it says contact the merchant. Anyway this one was dead right out of the box ive sent video and some more pictures as soon as I opened the box. I just expected better from a DOA part like send out a replacement and a RMA label so I can get this done anyway like I said I just expected better not a good experience with Stage3 at all.

-- calling eibach directly might be a good idea thanks for the suggestion.

thanks - alignment after also Im guessing???? hopefully the rear only will make enough of an improvement but if not ill look at the fronts as well.
I did my rear shocks about 2 weeks before I got the fronts installed. Rears made a big difference. Of course, all 4 is optimal. 75% of the ride improvement was with the rear. There is a side street I make a right from on to a fast moving 3 lane and the potholes used to make the truck dance. Now I pull out and don't worry about it. I would have an alignment done, esp. if you lift it at all. I went up 3/4" and it didn't need a lot but the peace of mind was worth it.
