Eibach 2.0 coilover adjustment questions

I haven't gotten around to installing my Eibach coilovers yet, but my truck with stock front suspension is at (or just under) 0.5" lower on driver side vs passenger.

alignment was surprisingly not bad at all. caster and camber were good, all i needed was a tweak on the toe.
