Swapped the complete tailpipe out for a turn down. Wanted a little more rumble.

About 3 hours to install the intercooler. Had to get creative with a few screws to retain the factory air shield/deflector. Having the stock pipe may speed up install time. It felt like having the AFE pipes slowed me down a bit.

Not a bad idea, I hate how much crap ends up on the tail pipe due to being behind the tires. I may just have to try this. ?

Mind you it easily done with the Gibson kit since it's already a slip fit.

I felt the same with the AFE pipes. I like how you kept the air deflector in there. I didn't even try. I still have it though and I have been thinking of playing with it to see if I could get it to stay. Looks like you got it done!
It added maybe a half hour to my install time to keep it. If I ever have it that far apart again I'll add foam like stock has to seal it. It will help funnel all the air there and make it more efficient.

Based on my second datalog with the new intercooler, on 91 octane, my 0-60 is approximately 6.498 give or take. Just guessing on the quarter, as they're was no way to actually mark it, hitting 92 mph put me around 13.522. So, it's maybe in the high 13's. Another revision with more boost just came in. Current max boost was 22.47 lbs.

Finally remembered to take a shot with the grille back on with the new intercooler.

Thanks to Hot Wheels for making a Ranger close enough to my truck for me to be able to replicate.

Out with the mudflaps and swapped on these small fender flares. The fitment of the corner markers is not great. I may have to shaved them a bit to get them to sit flush. Otherwise they look OK. I may or may not keep them. Maybe find some kind of extension for the front bumper area.
