who out there is mudding without alternator problems?

My 1993 Pathfinder has the alternator low on the drivers side. Doesnt have an issue to my knowledge.

to be perfectly fair to ford, the only other alternators i have ever seen in my life mounted lower than the 5g rangers well all on marine engines...
almost funny if it was not true.
