Seems like everyone is out of stock on Bora and Faction Fab wheel spacers, anyone know where I can get a set of 4 in 1.25" , or 1.50"

Check out Wheel Adapters USA. I bought a set of 1.5 Inch spacers from them, very high quality build made in the USA. Took about a week and half to ship. Link

Wheel Adapters Usa has them I just spoke with them.
My questions what is the minimum size with out cutting the stock wheel studs?

1" Spacers definitely. I expect a 3/4" will also be ok, depending on your wheels. I have the stock black Lariat 18" and they have a 1/4"+ recess on the underside that will facilitate the studs extending 1/4" beyond the Spacer. My advice is take your wheel off and confirm.

I ordered 1.5” Boras from motorsport-tech.com over two months ago and finally got it in the mail today. Went to install it and it doesn’t fit. Since it’s friday it’ll probably be a couple of days till I get a hold of them. I guess what I’m saying is, I should have went with wheeladaptersusa... sounds like little to no wait and it actually fits!

I have Bora's and had no issues. Do you have corrosion stopping it from bottoming out? Mine was basically brand new, slid right on.

Nope, it’s cut too small 89.9 instead of 93.1. I sent them pictures and of the size discrepancy, they responded with more questions but they are quiet today. I hope they will make good. Soon.
