I did not have time and put it back to stock as I was not going to drive 4000 plus miles.
Are you saying I should be ok just shimming up the rear diff to achieve the angle of the center joint?
I had shimmed 1/2 inch. The launch vibration was drastically reduced but then it creates high speed vibration and decel whine.
It’s quite frustrating. Especially that I am back to stock and the vibration is there. Obviously created by the lift springs.

Well after install of the OME springs I have a launch shudder. We are doing to the Ford bulletin but I am not convinced.
I also have something upfront moving but cannot isolate the problem as I feel the tapping in the floor board.

Did you have issues with the rear shackle bolts seating into the shackle? The ID of the shackle and OD of the bolt is the same. Seems crazy we have to drill them.
Did you have to put that shim back in? I do not see any instructions from ARB. Looking at you height measurements seems like one would not need to put that back in??
