What height for Eibach pro truck and ICON leaf pack for leveled look?

Looking to put on my Eibach suspension this weekend E80-35-048-01-22 and ICON Multi-Rate Leaf Spring.

M-F I don't have a load in my bed unless I'm doing a Home Depot run. Maybe once a month I load it down for a camping trip.

I'm looking for a leveled look but I'm fine if the back is a little higher. I do not tow.

I'm thinking the stock option on the ICON is fine for 90% of my driving but option 2 may give me more of a leveled look considering some people are buying 1" Eibach blocks for the rear.

For the Eibach what notch should I look into setting them at? 2.25", 3"?

For the eibach i went with the 3 inch. And on the back I add the bds shackles leafspring for 1 inch... so the back is a little bit higher (285/70R17)
