We have 285/70/17 Toyo AT3 on 17x8.5 +25 offset wheels which sounds close to what you'll have. This is the clearance in front of the wheel with BDS intrusion beams:

We actually left the behind-wheel OEM bars in place for now and those shouldn't be an issue although it's tight.

If you have the aero fairings in front of the tires you'll probably have to remove them. Ours would have been ripped off by the tires at lock. Pretty easy just 2-3 small bolts on each side.
Are the bds intrusion beams easy to install...did you cut the old one or you add to remove the bumper and other parts to install them?

The front beams weren't terrible. The rear ones seemed a pain and we left in place. We didn't cut them but did use the method of marking bumper bolt locations and then loosening them (mostly one side loose at a time, the other only slightly) to get enough gap to pull the beams out. Didn't have to fully remove the bumper.

Thanks to the others who mentioned it before and helped: we used the method of loosening the opposite side and only fully removing the bumper nuts or bolts (can't remember which) on the side being worked on. Then pulled and slid the beam out, put them back on and switched sides. We kept the bumper on that way.

We did mark the OEM spots before with sharpie to get them back in place at the end.
Does anyone know how many bolts holding on the front bumper?
