I have these as well. I however took the lazy route and had a shop do them while I was at work. I didnt have the needed tools nor the spare time to deal with doing these myself.

You had to cut to remove old ones but did new ones just slide into place or did you have to loosen bumper or anything?

Yes they slide into place

I've heard that you can take an angle grinder and/or a Sawzall and remove the airbags and seat belts too?
