I might need an intervention or a twelve step program because this makes three - one at the car wash in PEI, @LaBalbe ’s when we were installing his Elevate, and this most recent one.

This set is steel so maybe it stands a chance. We’ll see.

To be fair, mine already had a chunk missing from it. You just widened the gap. Those Passat brackets have been working well since, though. Maybe you should have put them on True North after PEI.

You should've told me I have 2 of those. That's another nice thing about AZ (and AR), no front license plates!

But you have to remember to tell the dealers when you're buying your vehicle from an out of state dealership. Otherwise they'll attach the bracket and then you'll either have 2 holes there or you'll have to get some dorky front plate that says "I Love 303 & Dampers".

It was actually in an email but received my new truck registration. The registration isn't bad (it's only $8.00) it's the vehicle tax that's a killer and this is reduced every year and it's still $338.48. IIRC the first year was around $550.00 but I can't complain because our property taxes and insurance are still very reasonable here.

I got the old snail mail kind. It's $370.00 for my 2019. California crazy.........

I miss the days of car warranty. I get 15-20 calls PER DAY about loan offers. My best yet was $80,000 with a monthly payment of $400.

my new business plan is to accept as many of the offers as I can and move to a country with no extradition.

You should have everything pre-set ups to move, because your credit score will go to 0.01

Gee, I'm only up to 192 blocked callers. That is true that even hanging up without answering can signal that your number is active; let 'er ring, or if in public, silence the phone. Scammers & telemarketers rarely leave a voicemail. The VA uses robot call appointment reminders, but they always leave a voice mail. For texts, I use an app called Dont (no apostrophe)Text. the premium version is only $4.99 a year and the dozen or more daily political texts stopped immediately!
