I don't know which is why I asked...learning as I go =)That’s not true at all. You think modern vehicles benefit from back pressure?

Post turbine you want as little restriction as possible. All of my street racers are de-cat at the expense of low end torque for high end power. I want the opposite for that in a truck. Do the 2.3 benefit from de-cat?
Not familiar with the Icon thing, but those look like ball studs. You have a rod with a ball cup on the end?Going through the ICON tubular UCA hardware I received today.
Anyone care to tell me what these are?

They are not the zerk fittings nor are they mentioned anywhere. They were packaged with the flanged nuts.
Yes they are grease zerks. They are to be installed in the tubular UCAs so you can grease the pivot points. There should be 2 per upper control arm, one at each pivot point.Going through the ICON tubular UCA hardware I received today.

Those go into the ball joints. My arms also came with two 90 degree zerks per arm & they go in to grease the bushingsGoing through the ICON tubular UCA hardware I received today.

The Ford tune is ok but on the conservative side. I want to see how much better a custom tune performs.Ace - you have both the Ford Performance Tune and the Livernois one?
If so may I inquire why?
Yes please do share your results! The Ford tune is ok but on the conservative side. I want to see how much better a custom tune performs.
I have a baseline dyno for the stock tune and one running the Ford tune. I will get a dyno run on the Livernois 91/93 performance tune once I get it. (I run 91 octane since it is the highest octane I can get at the pump.)
I don't know about you, but think the new Illinois truck plates are kinda ugly. The only good thing about the new design is that law enforcement in other states won't confuse them with stolen plates like the poor guy driving in Texas had happen last year on Live PD.Two letters from Ford, one advising me of an 18,000 mile service and one trying to get me to buy an extended warranty. No on the extended warranty and no on the 18,000 mile service, it gets an oil change at 20,000, can not find what service would be due at 18,000.
And new replacement plates, wow, they sure are bright.
