Spent the day with the new Ranger giving her the ‘once over‘ by cleaning and then applying the fist 303 Graphine. So kind of a combo ‘with’ and ‘to’ activity day.

Gave the hood a second coat -

I think you should have gotten an FX4. Sucks about the new truck getting it's first dent, but you got that out of the way fast, so no worries now.

Thought I’d start a thread to post about what you have done with your Ranger today or any day for that matter!

Be it hauling, towing, off-roading, mall crawling, grocery getting, tire roasting, flexing on Toyota’s or anything else.

If you did, it let’s see it!
My wife and I went out to the Citrus WMA so she could practice her vehicle recovery skills. She is conducting field research on native FL tree frogs and a few of her field sites are waayyyy out in the boonies with long stretches of sugar sand in the way. Certain land managers only allow researchers on their properties so I wanted to make sure she can get herself unstuck when I'm not around and she inevitably drives into deep sand.

I had her bog the truck down and free herself several times until she got used to the feeling. We also went over just not getting stuck, but that's not nearly as fun. She was a natural and picked it up instantly! Didn't think to take pics or video in the moment cause we were having such a good time.

My inlaws live right next to the trails so they met us out in their new ranger for the first time. My FIL had never taken a truck off road, but I could tell he loved it.

I've got the silver '19 and he's rolling in the cactus grey '22 in the back.

Having a pretty damn bad day so far but thank God I have the truck. I live alone and my mower decided to die at the bottom of the steep hill I live on. No way I could push this thing back up. Its like its starved for gas, then the battery seems dead because it wont crank over. I think its hydrolocking on gas though.

That looks like a big area for that mower.

Thats nothing. I have 2 front yards (lower by the road and upper) a huge side yard and small backyard. This is my grandads old Snapper from 1997 that I fixed up since I cant justify spending $2k for a lawnmower for a place I rent. I've gone through a few mowers but this Snapper has been the best. I'll fix it.
edit: At top speed it can do it all in about 2hrs. Not bad.

Took her to the golf course and let her enjoy the cool GA weather while I played a quick 18 holes, then back home again. Not sure which was mor enjoyable, the golf or the ride to and from the course.

You know, apart from the financial aspect, doing mods over again could be fun. Just think of how much easier (and maybe better) it would be the second time around!

Congratulations on your new truck, you're now twice as smart since you bought a second one.

Nothing exciting. Drove to an onsite customer meeting, drove home. Looked at her glistening in the sun...
