Sorry no pictures... Right after I got the truck last year I added JL C1 series components to the front and coaxials for the rear. It's the base radio. I finally found the best amp upgrade, the Kicker Key 180.4, although there is a new one 200.4. I got it from plugnplaykits.com. He has the factory wiring harness included, so no wires need to be cut etc. The unit fits behind the small screen perfectly. Very nice sound volume improvement and dsp correction is fantastic. Very happy I waited and researched.

Installed the ARB sliders with side rails. So happy with it.

How much and how did they fit to the bumper? Do you have to drill a hole in your bumper on each side? I'm assuming yes. I've been eying these but yours is the first I've seen on a US Ranger!

$1972 for the sliders and rails. I think they were 12 or $1300 for just the sliders. Yes on the drilling to the bumper.

Hi Folks,

I finally picked up my Ranger today after 48 hours to accomplish a 0.4hour TSB. The dealer service writer indicated the dealerhip needed Ford's approval to do the update and then performed TSB 20-2033...not TSB 20-2339...hope this was a typo. Anyway...the Ranger is now home...we will see if their update improved the cold start surging.

Best,

It’s such a bummer when the service department at a dealership is sub par.
Hopefully they fixed your issue Phil.

HAHA, I think they are actually bug catchers, not deflectors. I've resisted one of these so far, had them on my last 3 trucks. I think they mostly keep from chipping the paint there for the next owner! Looks like it prevents your hood from closing:LOL:
