If you don't have the old style Rapid Traverse (480R) feet just get the current Evo style from Thule (or any of their retailers, I think you can even get that style from Ford Accessories).

The new style is
I happened to have the old Pre-2018 style bar (aero bar) and feet (Rapid Traverse) on my RS. Because the Ranger didn't arrive in the US until 2019 after the newer style Evo feet were released as best as I can tell the older style fitment for this was never released in NA even though the documentation for the 1665 fitment kit for the 2011+ Ranger (and Mazda BT-50) does mention North America on the front page. I ordered a used kit from an eBay seller based in the UK because I could not find any NOS for this kit.

Since I only needed the fitment kit, it was way cheaper for me to get that for just under $100 after shipping than to get the new Evo feet and fitment kit for ~$425.
Do you have link to the fit kit for your Thule traverse 480 footings? I also have the aero bar and traverse 480 that I used on my old 2013 ford focus and now i want to install on my 2021 ranger. Thank you

Also, what was the fit kit model number that worked for your set up. I have the same and I’m trying to find a fit kit for my older version Thule 480 Traverse. Ty.

As I mentioned in my post the kit number is 1665. I bought a used kit from ebay from uk, link to that listing would be no good now.

I still think the load was too far forward, looked like from the picture it was stacked right against the front.
I had same amount toward the back right above axle

Like I said some people shouldn't be allowed to own a trailer. Definitely over 10% tongue.
I'll keep searching for the the magical fucks. I'll wait. I've done enough towing military, contracting and personal I'll wait. Probably the same type that would suggest glass halogen headlights still.

Well a picture says a thousand words. Guess you forgot everything you learned. I can't unsee that. Definitely an accident waiting to happen that you keep ignoring.

AR-15.com forum specifically the general chat sub section. It's so brutal over there I've just been a reader for 10+ years never registered cause those guys are brutal.

Did an oil change on Shelly, man whomever put the filter on was mad at the world and had their Wheaties, I had hell getting it to come off.

I had something similar happen years ago. I couldn't get the oil filter off for the life of me so I had to take a screwdriver and rip the filter apart. Then I had to take a hammer and put the screwdriver in one of the slots at the top and carefully pound it off that way trying not to damage the threads. That was a fun afternoon. lol

Oof, luckily this wasn't that bad. I bent my little oil filter wrench and had to use my giant channel locks while teaching the neighborhood kids a few new curse words.
