You damn bastards drive me crazy. Its not a damper if it pushes something open!

AHHH! $#^%#$
LOL, it places force against you when you close it, it dampens the closure of the door. Plus @AzScorpio sez so. =p

Even though we disagree on this very importan issue, your work is flawless and inspiring - really well done and looks awesome.

It’s been a while since I did anything to the Ranger… Which means I was overdue!

So over the last couple of days I installed an SVC Off-road light/bull bar, and a flood/spot ARB Solis 36 combo. I also fabbed up some extra braces for the bar since it flexed more than I liked. Ended up w/2 16-gauge steel braces extending from the center of the bar to the slots in the bumper where the plastic license plate holder was snapped on. Still need to make a new plate holder for the bar.

That is sweet! Don't normally like bull bars, but that one is just minimalist enough for my taste. Can you share more pics (i.e. side view)?

You have a level of perfectionism that I could only ever hope to aspire to. I greatly appreciate the attention to detail and thought you've put into your build, it's truly a passion of yours.

The results speak for themselves and you don't need me to say you should be proud of it.

When you're fully loaded out, how much weight do you figure you have in gear (not in what you've built, just in what you stock)?

As a guy who accidentally "lost" his adjustable wrench under his Husky liners while "installing" them, I clearly bow in respect of what you have on your truck. =)

Thanks! I don't really like bull bars either, but I needed someplace to mount the lights, so... Hope these give you a good idea of the setup.
