Looks great, though I actually liked the ghost effect of your original flags.
Thanks, it was a hard decision, If the grey ones had been just a little darker I would have stuck with them. These are pretty muted in normal light tho.

It is 3M vinyl car wrap, applied to outside of the window. Completely opaque, can't see anything through it. The slider window has 5% limo tint, so I can see the straps and other load on the tonneau cover.

Amazon 5'x2' ~$50 CDN so about $17 USD ;)

Very easy to do, but easy enough to mess up with something this big. I got a little ahead of my self doing this one, and had had it folded on itself, and beard hairs in it, before it even touched the glass. Typical decal application of lubrucation, position decal, squegee the air out and trim excess.

I knew immediately it was going to be replaced, but recovered and got a decent final product, then the knife I used to trim it had a sliver hanging and I scratched the edge of the vinyl.

I stopped at a local car wrap place to see what they'd charge to replace it, and they want $200, so I'm going to order a replacement myself and do it again.

That is satin black, I may go to gloss black, or even Black Galaxy (metallic black).

After all those words, if you were just being sarcastic because I said no decals, in a photo showing the biggest decal ever, well, I commend you and am happy to be part of your fun :)

The photo is midday, no clouds, very bright outside. There is a reflection showing on the back window, it's not light coming through.

No, I’m not being sarcastic. Promise. I just haven’t seen that before and wondered if you could see through it.
Your Ranger looks great, by-the-way, and you’re right, no stickers needed!

Just wondering if that's legal to the RCMP's in Canada? Don't think it would be OK in the US, they can ticket you for too many stickers., or so my sister says ?

I bought a light bar for my tailgate and am posting this question here as well because I’m not sure if anyone has checked the light bar post in months and I’m ready to hook mine up ........One question that’s bugging me before I try and hardwire my light is that the turn signal and brake light are separate in the tail light but there is only one wire on the light bar for both , so I have to splice the single wire into each of those wires in the tail light harness ?

In Ontario the the rear window is not required. Similar to a cargo van, or pick-up with a cap/camper on the back.

This is something that has been discussed many times. You need to get a taillight converter module to convert from a 3 wire to a 2 wire system. The truck uses separate wires for left turn, right turn and brake. The light bar only has two wires, one each for left turn/brake and right turn brake. The module also isolates the bar lights so you don't get errors. These first came out when non-US vehicles started using Amber turn signals. Now almost every vehicle has them. Unfortunately or not trailers haven't made the switch.

There are several on Amazon. Seems like most people have used the Tekonsha module. It is a known brand from its brake controllers. I don't have a # handy but I know it's been posted in the threads here. By wiring this into the twilights, truck does't see the light bar as a trailer and disable rear parking sensors and BLIS.

I wonder if this would work from Wolf Haus? It plugs directly into the power port at the bed.
